How come your prices are cheap?
We use our unique relationships with manufacturers, distributors, overseas partners, to source the best deals that are available. We literally search the globe for the best deals around. We don’t like to boast, but we are the experts in finding great deals.
Do you charge shipping fee?
Usually our shipping is free. Althought under certain circumstances we may charge fee as we would provide the tracking number.
What if my orer doesn't arrive in time frame stated?
Please note: Delivery is controlled by external courier services. Although we endeavour that all orders will arrive in the listed time frames, there are rare instances where the freight service may be delayed. This is outside our control and under our Terms and Conditions we cannot be held liable in these rare instances.
How long should my order take to arrive?
Please allow 60 business days for your order to arrive.
Please note: Due to the increase in order volume as a result of COVID-19, your order may take longer for delivery, due to such event we ask you to allow 60 business days for your order to arrive internationally.
